Verizon Mobile Proxies in New York City

Verizon is the carrier we stock first, and the one we put a customer on when they ask us to just choose. Its sessions on our racks are the longest, its speeds the most consistent across all three boroughs, and its New York address pool is deep. This page is everything we know about running Verizon lines in the city, written for someone deciding whether to order one.

What a website sees from a Verizon line

The address belongs to Verizon Wireless and the ownership record names Cellco Partnership, on AS6167 or AS22394 depending on the block. Connection type is mobile, behind carrier-grade NAT, which means the address is shared with Verizon's other subscribers in the region. Geolocation returns New York, New York, Eastern time. There is no hosting company, no VPN label and no data-center range anywhere in the picture, because the SIM is a consumer SIM registered to a consumer device.

The borough does not appear. A Verizon modem in our Brooklyn rack and one in Manhattan produce addresses from the same metro pool and read identically. We say where the hardware is because it is true, not because a site can see it.

How Verizon behaves across our three sites

Brooklyn is where most of our Verizon lines live and where the carrier performs best for us: strong signal on the bands our modems use, sessions that hold an address for most of a day, and speeds at the top of what we quote. Queens is close behind. Manhattan is good but busier, with more hour-to-hour variation as the island fills up at lunch and in the evening. If you want the steadiest Verizon line, ask for Brooklyn.

Verizon in New York also carries IPv6 on most sessions. Sites see the same ownership and city on both address families; if a target handles IPv6 oddly, the line can be set to IPv4 only from the dashboard.

4G or 5G on Verizon

4G LTE on our Verizon lines is typically 20 to 45 Mbps and 5G is 50 plus Mbps, depending on carrier signal at the device. The address pool and the ownership record are the same on both; 5G buys speed, not a different kind of address. For account work, listing checks and anything where pages are small, 4G at $5 a day or $65 a month is plenty. For app testing on a fast network, video-heavy pages or anything where you feel latency, 5G at $6 a day or $75 a month is worth it.

Sticky and rotating on Verizon

Left alone, a Verizon address in Brooklyn usually persists for hours and often for most of a day. That makes Verizon our recommendation for anything that should look like one person on one phone: a logged-in account, a long research session, a browser profile that should not wake up on a new address. When you do want a new address, rotate from the dashboard, the rotation link, the API or a timer; the modem re-registers and Verizon assigns another address from the regional pool. There is no waiting between rotations. Repeats happen, since the pool is shared and finite, and they are normal.

  • Longest natural sessions of the three carriers on our racks
  • Deep New York pool, good spread across a day of rotation
  • Best choice for account-shaped work

Who should pick Verizon

Anyone running accounts they are entitled to run from a New York address. Anyone doing long sessions that should stay on one address. Anyone testing an app or an ad for Verizon customers specifically. Anyone who wants the carrier we would pick for ourselves. If your work needs frequent natural address changes without a timer, AT&T may suit you better, and the dashboard can move you there free.

How to order a Verizon line

Sign up at nyc.newyorkproxies.com/register, pick Verizon, choose 4G or 5G and a term, and pay by card, PayPal, Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum, Zelle or bank wire. Activation is automatic. The dashboard shows your host, HTTP and SOCKS5 ports, username, password, rotation link and VLESS link. If you only want to test, the hourly plan is $2 for the first two hours on 4G or $3 on 5G, up to four hours, and it never renews. Support is at [email protected] or @NewYorkProxiesBot, around the clock.

Verizon proxy questions

Does a Verizon address ever read as somewhere other than New York?

Our Verizon lines read as New York, New York in the databases we check. If a lookup ever disagrees, message support with the address and we move you to another line immediately.

Why is Verizon your first choice?

Session length and consistency across all three of our sites. It is the carrier with the fewest surprises in our monitoring.

Can I switch a Verizon line to AT&T later?

Yes, from the dashboard, free, with the remaining time carried over.
