Terms of Service

This version is dated October 10, 2026 and applies to every plan bought at nyc.newyorkproxies.com. We have kept it short and in plain English because we expect you to actually read it. Questions go to [email protected] or to @NewYorkProxiesBot on Telegram, where a person answers at any hour.

1. What you are buying

A plan is one carrier SIM from Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile, installed in one device we own in New York City, assigned to you alone for the term you paid for. You reach it over HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 with a username and password, and optionally over a VLESS tunnel. You may rotate the address as often as you like. Data on the plan is not metered, subject to the fair-use rule in section 5.

The public address is the carrier's property; behind its network address translation, that address is in use by many other subscribers at the same time. We assign you the SIM and the device, not any particular address. Addresses come from the carrier's regional pool and read as New York, New York in geolocation databases. We make no promise about any specific address, about how long one will persist, or about how any third-party site chooses to treat you.

2. Who may use the service

Customers have to be adults, 18 or older, with the capacity to agree to a contract. Your dashboard login, line credentials and API keys are yours to protect. Whatever passes through your line under those credentials is attributed to you, so if you believe they have leaked, change them in the dashboard immediately and tell us.

3. Acceptable use

Use the line for lawful purposes only. That means no fraud, no attacks on networks or systems, no unauthorised access, no harassment, no distribution of malware, and nothing that is illegal where you are or where the target is. It also means obeying the terms of whichever platform you connect to: sign in only to accounts that are legitimately yours to operate, and do not use the line to get around a suspension, a purchase limit or a queue. We may suspend a line immediately if we see abuse, and we may close an account for repeat abuse without refund of the time involved.

  • Lawful use only
  • Follow each platform's own rules
  • Only your own accounts
  • No attacks, fraud or malware

4. Terms, prices and renewal

Plans are hourly, daily, weekly and monthly. A day is $5 on 4G or $6 on 5G, a week $28 or $31, a month $65 or $75. The hourly test costs $2 (4G) or $3 (5G) for its first two hours and the same again per extra hour, with a ceiling of four hours per purchase. It stops by itself rather than renewing, and a tester who stays on all day has those paid hours applied against a 1-day plan. The day, week and month plans do renew at the end of each term, until you flip auto-renew off in the dashboard. Activation is instant once payment clears. You may move a plan to another location from the dashboard at no charge, and the remaining time carries over.

5. Fair use on unmetered data

We do not meter data and we do not publish a threshold. The line is for the ordinary traffic of a person or a program browsing, posting, testing and collecting at a human scale. It is not a download pipe, a streaming relay, a torrent seed, a mirror or a backup target. Where we see that pattern, our options are to reduce the line's speed, pause it, ask you to split the work over additional lines, or suspend it outright. None of those count as downtime, and none earn a credit.

6. Payment and non-payment

Payment can be made by card, PayPal, Zelle, bank wire, Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum, or drawn from a prepaid balance you top up in advance. An unpaid renewal invoice starts a clock: 24 hours to settle it; a 24-hour suspension of the line once that passes; and, at the 48-hour mark with the invoice still open, forfeiture of the line together with whatever time remained on it, after which the device goes back into stock for another customer. A chargeback or payment dispute puts the whole account on hold until it is resolved; talk to us before disputing a charge, because we will almost always sort it out faster.

7. Refunds, downtime and renewals you did not want

Our refund policy is a separate page and it governs. In brief: a refund is proportional to the unused portion of the term, and data volume plays no part in it; the money lands in your account balance, and can be sent on to your wallet within 24 hours if you ask, less whatever the payment network charges to move it; a plan you drop inside its first 24 hours is refunded entirely; outages on our side extend the plan by the time lost; and a renewal you did not mean to allow is credited in full when you flag it within 24 hours.

8. No guarantees beyond the device

There is no guarantee attached to any particular address, to the speed you will measure at a given minute, or to the outcome on any given website. Speeds depend on the carrier's signal at our device: 4G LTE typically 20 to 45 Mbps and 5G 50 plus Mbps. Carrier networks have outages we do not control; when they do, we credit the time. We do not promise that a third-party site will accept your traffic, and we are not liable for anything a third party does with your account. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the affected plan.

9. Revisions and how to reach us

These terms can be revised, and the date in the first paragraph records the current revision. Keeping a plan active after a revision counts as agreeing to it. Anything you want clarified goes to [email protected] or to @NewYorkProxiesBot.

Questions

Can I share a line with a colleague?

The credentials work for anyone who has them, but the plan is yours and the responsibility is yours. One line, one person, is the sensible rule.

What counts as abuse under the fair-use rule?

Bulk transfer: downloads, streaming relays, torrents, mirrors. Ordinary browsing, posting, testing and data collection at a human scale is what the plan is for.

What happens the moment I miss a renewal?

A 24-hour window to pay opens. Miss it and the line is suspended for a further 24 hours. Reach 48 hours still unpaid and the line, with its remaining time, is gone and goes back on sale.
