New York Residential Proxies by the Gigabyte, and ISP Proxies Racked in Virginia
Everything we own sits on shelves in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan, and that is not changing. What changes is that the dashboard now sells two things beyond a modem. New York residential proxies are rotating data by the gigabyte, drawn from real home connections and targeted to New York City or to New York State, so a job can look like hundreds of households across the five boroughs or upstate rather than one phone. ISP proxies are fixed broadband addresses on named American networks, and we want to be clear from the first paragraph: those addresses are racked in Virginia, not in New York, and a lookup says Virginia. We list them because many New York customers also need an address that never moves. Below: how the New York targeting works, what the Virginia addresses are for, the shared mobile pool, the rules, and the prices alongside a New York line.
Static ISP addresses, racked in Virginia
Each row is a fixed IPv4 address that the named network owns, routed through a datacenter in Virginia. None of them is in New York and none reads as New York; they are for the part of a New York business that needs an address which never changes. Pick the network, the count and the term; one login covers the order.
| Static ISP line | Where | Per IP per month | Min. order |
|---|---|---|---|
| AT&T Native | US, Virginia | $4 | 10 IPs |
| AT&T Fresh | US, Virginia | $2.40 | 10 IPs |
| Comcast Native | US, Virginia | $2.40 | 10 IPs |
| Frontier Native | US, Virginia | $2.40 | 10 IPs |
| RCN Fresh | US, Virginia | $2.40 | 10 IPs |
| T-Mobile Legacy | US, Virginia | $2.10 | 10 IPs |
| Orange Fresh | France | $2.40 | 10 IPs |

New York residential data: the five boroughs and the state
Residential data is $2 per GB. From one order you generate proxy lists, and each list takes a target: the United States, then the state of New York, then a city such as New York if you want the metro only, or an ASN if a specific provider matters. The addresses come from real homes, so a request leaves from a household in Queens or Buffalo rather than from our rack.
Choose rotating and every request uses a different New York home. Choose sticky and one home is kept for the minutes you set, 30 at the longest, enough to log in, fill a cart or finish a form. Lists come out as ready-to-paste lines (host, port, user and password). Generate as many as you need; the order is charged only for the data that actually passes through them.
The same pool covers over 190 countries, so if a New York job occasionally needs a New Jersey, Connecticut or overseas address, the same order does it. Data never expires, you top up when you like, and auto top-up can add a set amount once you are into the last tenth.
ISP addresses: racked in Virginia, and we say so
A static ISP proxy is one fixed IPv4 address that Comcast, Frontier, RCN, AT&T or T-Mobile owns, routed through a datacenter in Virginia. It stays the same for the term and no other customer uses it. A lookup returns the network as owner and Virginia as location, not New York. If a job must geolocate to New York City on a fixed address, that is our Verizon or AT&T line in a borough, not an ISP order.
What the ISP order is for is the New York business that also has something that must not move: a seller account that logs in from one place every morning, a tool that whitelists one address, a monitor that should look like the same household each day. Many of our customers run the New York modem for the phone work and a few ISP addresses for the fixed work.
Orders start at ten addresses and run anywhere from one month to twelve. One login covers the order: username and password, an IP whitelist, or SOCKS5, switchable later with fresh credentials issued for every address. Native rows have been on their network longest, Fresh rows are newer to proxy use, T-Mobile Legacy is the low-cost row, and European rows exist for the United Kingdom (DTAG) and France (Orange). Telus in Canada is listed but sold out at present.
- Location: Virginia for every US network; never New York
- Comcast, Frontier, RCN, AT&T and T-Mobile; DTAG and Orange in Europe
- Ten IPs minimum; one month to twelve; one login per order
- Fixed for the term; renews monthly, reminder three days before
The shared mobile pool with a New York target
The rotating mobile pool is $10 per GB of 4G and 5G data from a large number of real phones, shared. Target the United States, New York State and New York City, choose sticky or rotating, and generate lists the same way as residential. It has the same no-expiry and refund rules.
It is not a New York line from our racks. Pool addresses are shared with other customers, come from phones anywhere the carrier places them within the target, and cannot be kept beyond 30 minutes. A line on our shelf is one Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile SIM for you alone, with unlimited data and rotation on your terms. Pool for many New York mobile addresses in an hour; line for one New York phone that stays yours.
Which to use for which New York job
Listing checks across boroughs, reservation availability as many diners see it, ad verification from many households, rent and price comparisons neighbourhood by neighbourhood: those want residential data targeted to New York City, because the value is in the spread of homes.
A New York account that must come from one steady phone, app testing on a real New York carrier, a long session that cannot survive an address change: those stay on a modem in Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan.
A fixed address that must never move and does not need to read as New York: that is the ISP order in Virginia.
Buying, topping up, renewing and removing
Open the dashboard, go to Buy Proxy and pick Mobile, Residential or ISP. Pay from your balance; the order is on My Proxies about a minute later, and the same three can be bought through our Telegram bot.
ISP orders renew monthly. Auto-renew from balance is optional; without it, a reminder comes three days before the end and the order stops at the end of the term. Extending adds months at the per-IP rate paid. Ending an ISP order early stops the addresses at once with no refund.
Residential and pool orders have no term. End one within seven days and unused gigabytes go back to your balance; after that the data stays on the order until you spend it.
Prices beside a New York line
Residential data targeted to New York, or anywhere else, is $2 per GB flat; mobile pool data is $10 per GB flat. Static ISP addresses are $2.10, $2.40 or $4 per IP per month depending on the network, with T-Mobile Legacy at the bottom and AT&T Native at the top, which puts the ten-address minimum at $21, $24 or $40 for a month.
A New York 4G line from our racks is $6 a day, $29 a week or $68 for thirty days, and a 5G line is $7, $33 or $77, with unlimited data and an address that reads as New York City. If the job is one steady New York identity, the line is the better buy; if it is breadth across New York homes, the data is.
New York residential and ISP proxies: questions
Can I target residential data to New York City only?
Yes. Pick the United States, then New York State, then New York as the city. State-only lists spread across upstate and the boroughs; an ASN filter narrows to one provider.
Are the ISP addresses in New York?
No. They are racked in Virginia and a lookup says Virginia, with Comcast, Frontier, RCN, AT&T or T-Mobile as the owner. For a fixed New York City address, use one of our lines in Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan.
Why sell Virginia addresses on a New York site?
Because New York customers also have jobs that need an address that never changes and does not have to read as New York: a seller login, a whitelisted tool, a daily monitor. The ISP order covers that beside the New York line.
What is the smallest ISP order?
Ten addresses for one month. Multiply the row price of $2.10, $2.40 or $4 per IP per month by ten and the month costs $21, $24 or $40.
How long can I keep one New York residential address?
No longer than 30 minutes on a sticky list, then it changes. For an address that stays for days or weeks, use a New York line or an ISP order.
Is the mobile pool the same as a New York line?
No. The pool is $10 per GB of 4G and 5G data from many phones, shared, targeted to New York City or State. A line is one SIM in our own rack, for you alone, with unlimited data.
Does the data expire if I use it slowly?
No. Residential and pool gigabytes stay on the order until spent. Top up any time, or set auto top-up to add a fixed amount once you are into the last tenth.
What happens if I end an order?
An ISP order stops immediately with no refund. A residential or pool order ended within seven days gives the unused gigabytes back to your balance; after that the data stays yours.
